1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PassIt.Now ("Service"), operated by Perfected Future and its subsidiary PassIt.Now, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

PassIt.Now provides an IT certification exam preparation platform featuring:

• Practice questions and exam simulations
• AI-powered tutoring and explanations
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Gamification features (XP, streaks, achievements)
• Study materials and resources

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing

PassIt.Now offers Free, Pro Monthly ($14.99/month), Pro Annual ($79/year), and Lifetime ($149) plans. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree to their terms and conditions.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. All sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or modify our content without permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our platform
• Upload malicious code or spam
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, explanations, UI design, logos, and code, is owned by Perfected Future and PassIt.Now. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No Guarantee of Exam Success

While we provide high-quality preparation materials, we cannot guarantee you will pass your certification exam. Success depends on individual effort, study habits, and exam conditions beyond our control.

7.2 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfected Future and PassIt.Now shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
